請問筆電Win10使用內建還原的時候，出現黑底白字的畫面，如下：

A configuration change was requested to clear this computer's TPM (Trusted Platform Module)
WARNING: Clearing erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data
encrypted by these keys.
Press F12 or Volume Up to clear the TPM
Press ESC or Volume Down to reject the change request and continue

請問該如何選擇呢？F12 or ESC

Win10內建的還原，跟一般整個格式化重灌，乾淨度會差很多嗎？
因為懶的重抓驅動程式...

你有用BITLOCKER加密你的系統嗎？
如果沒有的話，就沒關係。
確定你有RECOVERY KEY，不然你之前加密的資料就全部讀不到了。
如果沒差的話，就直接ESC吧
